Founded in 2016 with a mission to improve the delivery of healthcare in Canada and beyond, Thrive Health empowers individuals to play a more active role throughout their health journey. By measuring and enhancing the happiness of patients, users, and caregivers, we're changing the definition of what healthcare looks like in Canada. Our vision is a system with shorter wait times, more accurate diagnoses, less burn-out for healthcare providers, and happier, healthier people.


We develop products for four main audiences: patients, public health officials, healthcare providers, and organizations & campuses/schools. Overall, our products are purpose-built to serve individuals who are experiencing a healthcare journey - whether it's with an individual specialist clinic, surgery at a hospital, or navigating the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our products for public health officials include our Canada and BC COVID-19 apps and Self-Assessment Tools (SATs), developed in partnership with Health Canada and the BC Ministry of Health respectively. These products allow users to screen for COVID-19 symptoms and access real-time statistics, government updates, and other resources for mental health and well-being through a single platform.

Our products for healthcare providers include digital intake, pre-screening, and post-treatment careplans to support the full patient journey through specialist care. In particular, we offer solutions for Surgical Optimization and Chronic Pain Management that increase efficiency for hospitals and clinics, and allow patients to take an active role in their healthcare journeys.

Our products for organizations & campuses/schools include Thrive Health Workplace, Thrive Health Campus, and WorkClear in partnership LifeLabs. Thrive Health Workplace and Thrive Health Campus offer organizations a secure, accessible platform for COVID-19 risk management including rapid antigen screening, ongoing symptom tracking, vaccine status declaration, and the latest public health guidelines. In addition, WorkClear, an evidence-based and customizable safety solution developed in partnership with Life Labs, helps organizations manage and reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmissions within workplaces and locations where physical distancing is difficult.
