IBM has setup a COVID19 Website which includes a list of 90-day free offers across Data and AI, Cloud, Integration, and Security initiatives that can be deployed to help you with continuous and safe operations (ibm.com/covid19). IBM has an out of the box Virtual Agent that answers COVID and mental health questions that can be up and running in 5 days; IBM is offering free security incident response services to hospitals for 90 days; IBM can handle all the setup of work from home - VPN, PCs, etc - also free use of Aspera in IBM cloud for high speed file transfer. The list is too long to include here. We would need a meeting to review the material we have already compiled.

Do you have any final reflections or comments?
Personally, I have a large team that wants to help however we are reluctant to reach out to clients with solutions, as many vendors already have, as we are very sensitive to the environment our clients are operating within. Clients are telling us they appreciate this position and we certainly do not want to appear opportunistic. Having said that, we can help with IBM solutions as well as that of our business partners -- many of whom operate across the country supporting the economies in the communities they serve.
