Describe your company's current technology and solutions
Our technology allows organizations and educational institutions to create virtual/remote work-based challenges to evaluate candidates for prospective jobs. Additionally, our technology and learn lab kits enable educational institutions to provide project-based, challenge-based virtual learning programs and opportunities for students to engage within their courses and as part of their co-curricular activities to build their skills.

Are you aware of any current government challenges or opportunities that would be addressed by using your technology solution? Or a future need you can identify?
We are able to support the curation and co-creation of innovative solutions to the COVID-19 Challenge, using our technology and problem-solving methodology. We can support both IRAP, Innovative Solutions Canada, and Canadian Institute for Health Research and their respective multilateral research partners in providing our technology to run a North America wide open innovation challenge(s) to support secondary and tertiary challenges that are impacting businesses, communities, education systems and more.

As the COVID crisis continues, please describe specific opportunities where your technology might support Canadian needs / government needs
As schools across the country have closed for the school year or indefinitely in certain provinces, we are able to support Canadian families who now have to take on the role of a teacher with the tools, resources and technology to be able to do so effectively.

Additionally, we can support the government in helping businesses continue to create engaging hiring/Recruitment experiences for prospective candidates as well as support the new normal of remote work and learn.

Do you have any final reflections or comments?
We look forward to supporting Technation and the government of Canada with our support.
