Addressing the knowledge gap on proper cyber hygiene for end users through our Security Awareness programs.
Almost 90% of the data breaches are caused by human errors. While IT professionals make all the required arrangements to improve the existing security infrastructure, ignorance of human resources leaves a significant gap in the defense strategy. By educating users on proper cyber hygiene, organizations can transform their human resources into the first line of defense otherwise known as the human firewall.

Security Solutions as a Service (SaaS)
We are seeing that organizations need to be more flexible, more agile, and more mobile. Cloud and managed services are the answer to all of these requirements. We've seen many companies accelerating their digital transformations and looking to adopt “as-a-service” cloud offerings quickly during the pandemic: some of them have seen that crisis response is an opportunity as well as a necessity. We predict that in the new world, government bodies that were not able to pivot quickly to remote services will seriously consider adopting more cloud services in order to keep pace and be more resilient.

Incident Response and Preparedness
Already compromised by difficult economic times, organizations that are not prepared to respond to another shock may not withstand the financial impact of a cyber-attack. The importance of pre-planning and having a support structure in place in advance cannot be overstated.

Securing a Growing Remote Workforce.

Zero trust models will play an important role in securing the new normal where professionals are getting work done from home on a variety of devices and locations. The potential security attack surface in our current environment is growing at an unprecedented pace. Organizations are being forced to consider alternatives to achieving efficient security controls.
Legacy network architectures route all remote traffic through their central data center, and all of the sudden they are now under strain due to large demand for remote access and rigid appliance capacity limitations. This creates latency for end users and customers, impacting functionality and productivity.
To avoid these issues organizations should enable remote work by transitioning their existing network infrastructures with a Zero Trust security framework. This type of framework empowers groups to limit access to specific apps and resources only to the authorizes users who need to access them. The ability to separate application from network access based on identity and end user context is critical to IT departments to enable a remote workforce. Cloud delivered technologies enabling private access can ensure fast deployment, scalability and seamless experiences for remote workers.
