Describe your company's current technology and solutions
We create AR/VR simulations to give researchers and business a better microscope into the world around us. This focuses around research simulations that collect large amounts of data so that researchers can easily immerse participants into a scenario and understand why the react the way they do. For businesses and universities we are also building training simulations so that new employees and students have educational hands on experience in a safe environment.

Are you aware of any current government challenges or opportunities that would be addressed by using your technology solution? Or a future need you can identify?
Our VR simulations could allow students to get the hands on experience they are missing out on from cancelled internships and co-ops. Depending on the simulations we build this could range from training in communication skills, trade jobs, pedagogical/humanities based jobs and more. At the moment we have a proposal in with the ESDC as well as a few schools but we would love to have the chance to talk to anyone who is interested in these types of simulations.

As the COVID crisis continues, please describe specific opportunities where your technology might support Canadian needs / government needs
As mentioned above the main area our technology might support is in the training area. For students who are missing out on their internships/co-op placements this could mean learning communication skills through a sales or customer service simulation, learning trade jobs like plumbing or how to handle heavy equipment, or something collaborative like bringing multiple departments together to design, create content, curate, and market a virtual museum. As more immediate solution (within a month) we could create a VR simulation to retrain nursing staff on skills that are necessary to fight Covid-19.
